Default Engine Mounts and "Torque Rods"

I just returned from the dealership the other day (my car broke down; I had no other choice) and on the RO they gave me a list of "recomended repairs". Now, I understand some of them but I got a few questions. Here is the list from the RO:

Now I understand the belt (my power steering went and fluid went EVERYWHERE). The tire issue in bull. They're all the same size. My main concern was the "torque rod" and the lower engine mounts. Now, obviously the upper engine mount is right there. That looks like a piece of cake. Now, where are the lower mounts located? I looked around but I have really been able to devote a good block of time to search for them to see if they need replacing.

Finally, the "torque rod". I've searched the internet and have only found "torque rod bushings". Are they talking about the dog bone looking things by the control arm? They kinda look like the swaybar disconnects on my Jeep. Just seems the "torque rod" is a made up name.

But yea, thanks for reading. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks mates. =]

I cant possibly think how the upper torque rod can be bad.. I know the upper torque mount bushing tends to get worn (as is the case on mine)... or maybe even the upper motor mount but what could possibly be wrong with the bar itself?
The link is the list of parts that eeuroparts has.. Its a nice place to start with a fairly simple diagram

Yea, I don't what the deal is with the torque rod either. I figure I'll go with the engine mounts first and go from there. Which brings me to another question; any top rated, well known websites that sell Volvo parts? As in, I use Quadratec and 4Wheel Parts and Hardware for my Jeep, what do you folks use for Volvo? Thanks for the replies. =]

From my experience I have found www.eeuroparts.com to be the cheapest and the quickest, they also have free shipping

I also mix it up between www.myswedishparts.com , www.rockauto.com and www.autohausaz.com
